Question About Frigidaire Refrigerator None
Freezer Side Does not Freeze and Refrigerator Side does not get Cold...

I have a Frigidaire Refrigerator-Freezer model FRS20WRH. The freezer side stopped freezing. The ice melts. It gets cold but does not freeze and the food unthawed. The refrigerator side is barely cold only room temperature cool. I bought it in 2001. So it is only 7 years old. Do you have any suggestions as to what might be the problem. Does it sound like something we can repair ourselves?
