freezer temperature is going down . what is the reason ?temp has down from -15 to +4 c.but machine is still working

0 Hi manoj502, thank you for your post! I understand your refrigerator is cooling, however the display continues to show the temperature decreasing. Let’s try reprogramming your refrigerator by unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker off. Wait approximately ten minutes and then turn on your appliance. Allow your refrigerator to run roughly 24 hours for temperature to stabilize. If resetting your refrigerator does not correct the issue, your freezer may possibly have a communication problem with the control board, temperature control or a wiring harness. If this is the case, I would recommend connecting with an experienced technician to determine the underlying cause.
