0 The way a frig works is the coils are located in the freezer. The fan blow the air downward into the refrigerator. If the frig is not cold and the freezer is wither the fan is not working or the coils have frozen over inhibiting the air flow into the refrigerator. If the fan is not working easy fix. If the coils are frozen over. Defrost timer, defrost coils, or thermostat.. If the freezer is cold that is a good sign
