Frizzer issues...

i had power outrage and after that a alarm in my refrigerator went off - and the frezzer is not cooling- I unpluged several time the refrigerator and tried to reprogram but not help - but it is still making ice a and cool water except the frezzer is not working

0 I am having the same problem - my fridge works fine but the freezer has stopped working completely. As well, already several months ago, my ice cubes never came out as cubes. They only came out as crushed ice even though cubes were being made in the freezer??? Any ideas???
