HAVE A GALLERY, FREEZER DIGITAL TEMP SAYS 5Y, AND THE FRIDGE SAYS EF. CANNOT GET IT TO CHANGE TO DEGREES. ANY SOLUTION?

0 Hello buckobsession, I am happy to assist you! Typically, error codes “SY and EF” indicate that your refrigerator is experiencing an issue with the evaporator fan. You may try and reset your refrigerator by disconnecting the power from it for up to ten minutes. You do this by flipping the circuit breaker off and back on. This often clears most false-error codes. If the error codes do not clear, then it would be advisable to reach out to a professional to check the wiring between the main control board and evaporator fan. Hope this helps!
