I have a Frigidaire side by side model FRS26HF5AW4...

I have a Frigidaire side by side model FRS26HF5AW4.the refrigerator side seems 2 b cold enough,but the freezer side is not cold enough 2 freeze ice cream.condensor fan is workin.compressor seems 2 b working,but theirs frosty ice on the tube by compressor were you put refrigerant in.please help
