I sold a side by side frigidaire refrigerator that had been my daughter's. The person I sold it to said he "burned his hand when he touched it on the inside." Is this possible and what would cause this?

0 Hello fbs2117, thank you for your question! From my understanding you have sold a Frigidaire refrigerator and the person you sold it too burned his hand on the inside. Typically the inside walls of your refrigerator should not get hot to the touch. The electrical components in the rear of your refrigerator do provide heat and heat will rise but should not get too hot. I would recommend having a technician come out and properly diagnosis your refrigerator to find out what could be causing that problem. I hope this is helpful. –OOS
