0 Hi - I recommend checking that the water valve is completely open (usually located on the back of your unit). When was the last time the filter was changed? Most side-by-side filters are recommended to be change approximately every 6-9 months depending on your water usage and frequency. A clogged water filter or a blocked supply water valve may also lead to low ice production and no water. If any proves to be ineffective, connect with a professional to move forward accurately.
