5 Hi my name is Brian. To start, the issue could be resultant of various reasons but most likely will be an easy fix. 1. Is there ice being made and properly contained in the ice dispenser? - if so, make sure it isn't getting over-filled/stuffed and getting stuck or the ice being frozen together. - if not, check the ice maker for functionality, may need serviced. (Is water hooked up?) 2. Is the door actuator for the ice dispenser opening when lever is triggered? - if not, check door for flaws. 3. Is the ice dispensing unit working? (The rotating piece that pushes ice out of the door) - if so, you should be able to hear it running when the lever is triggered. If not, is something obstructing the movement of the rotation? May need to break up ice or ultimately get serviced If these do not solve the issue then you may just need to get the unit serviced.
