0 Hi – When was the last time you cleaned the condenser coils (typically located behind the toe grille at the bottom/front o f the refrigerator). Do you hear the compressor running? The compressor is constantly meant to go on and off frequently to keep unit at a constant temperature. If it is not doing so, the unit could possibly have a coolant leak or an issue with the internal sealed system including the evaporator fan. Connect with a certified technician to move forward accurately.
