my freezer freezes the food but wont keep them fro...

my freezer freezes the food but wont keep them froze,,changed the defrost timer didnt help..what do i do?

5 You have to take everything out of the fridge and let it defrost for at least 8-10 hrs and put pans of hot water in the freezer and fridge to melt the frost that has formed on the coil then it should work fine
