0 Good Afternoon ramonduran.a, thank you for your inquiry! I see that your Frigidaire refrigerator is freezing on the inside of your freezer and fresh food side. This could be an issue with your thermostat, damper, or control panel. I would recommend performing a reset just in case it is a miscommunication within the refrigerator. The best way to perform a reset is to disconnect power from the refrigerator for roughly ten minutes. If that does not correct your issue I would check to make sure your damper is operating properly. If there is anything blocking the damper from closing it can cause cold air to continue to blow inside your fresh food side. Frost build-up or food blockage can do this. I would suggest checking the freezer for any frost and if you do find some you can perform a manual defrost by unplugging the power cord for roughly four to six hours. If you do continue to have issues you may want to seek assistance from a professional for proper diagnosis and repair. Best of luck! –OOS
