My frigidaire French door fridge is making a grind...

My frigidaire French door fridge is making a grinding noise on the upper portion on the refrigerator side. Freezer seems to be working, refrigerator side is not. Any suggestions? I'm trying to remove casing around fan but I'm not an appliance technician
