My Frigidaire fridge side keeps freezing up and I can't locate the defrost thermostat. Is this most likely the problem and can you tell me where it's at on a model frs26r4aw7?

0 Thank you for your inquiry, teresawalker4781! I understand that your Frigidaire refrigerator is freezing up. I was able to locate the parts manual for your refrigerator and it should provide you the location of your defrost timer. Additionally, freezing up inside of the refrigerator could be caused by your damper being opened to long or a leak within your gasket. You may want to check the damper to assure it is opening and closing appropriately, to check that make sure the freezer is not over stocked or that there is no frost build-up on the damper keeping it opened. If you continue to experience an issue with your refrigerator I would recommend reaching out to a professional for proper diagnosis and repair. Best of luck! –OOS
