0 Hello - Do you hear anything running in the machine compartment and what type of airflow is the condenser fan providing (the toe grill is located above the drain pain on the bottom right-hand side)? If you do not hear the compressor and the unit is providing room temperature, it usually means that it has a faulty compressor or a sealed system leak. I would personally recommend contacting the manufacturer for a listing of authorized technicians who may assist you in repairing your unit.
