My Frigidaire s/s beeps even though the doors are closed. What causes this? I also need a owner/user manual. The ice maker is slow in making ice cubes and the water line is not connected. Help!

0 Good Morning mrmax001, thank you for your post! When the refrigerator is beeping or buzzing, (besides an indication of an open door(s)) it may also be a warning sign of a possible malfunction or an unsafe, interior temperature. To silence the buzzer, you can depress the ALARM OFF button. However, if you have already done this, try unplugging your refrigerator or flipping the household circuit breaker for about ten minutes. If the alarm continues, it could possibly be experiencing a communication problem with the temperature control/board or wiring failure. I would recommend connecting with a professional appliance tech for a clear-cut diagnosis. I have located the Owner’s Guide on the manufacturer website. Hope this information helps to some degree.
