0 Good Morning rehrha01, thank you for your inquiry! If water is forming a puddle on the bottom of the Fresh Food compartment, this is mostly likely from the water tan (water reservoir) located behind the crispers. If the Fresh Food compartment has experienced freezing temperature, it is possible that the water line connection has frozen and cracked the plastic connection. The back panel has to remove to repair this type of leak. This procedure should only be performed by an authorized service technician. Best regards! - Chris
