0 Good Morning Metrodelta, I understand that your Frigidaire refrigerator, model# FRT18IL6JW4, will not stop running. Your new, high-efficiency refrigerator may introduce unfamiliar sounds. These sounds normally indicate your refrigerator is operating correctly. Some surfaces on floors, walls, and kitchen cabinets may make these sounds more noticeable. Modern, high-efficiency compressors run much faster than in the past. The compressor may have a high-pitched hum or pulsating sound. In these hot and humid summer months your refrigerator can run more than usual. Check the seals around the doors, and make sure that they have not been compromised in any way. Also, make sure the doors are staying closed and that you are not leaving them open for long periods of time.
