Need a picture of drain hole in the freezer section of Model FRS26ZNH. Supposedly, drain hole is clooged because water buids up at the bottom, freezes and leaks as well.

0 Hi rsidhu73 - It seems that you may have an obstructed defrost drain tube that is causing your water leak. It is also possible that the vent chamber between the freezer and the fresh food section has been used as a detour for the defrost drain water. This happens due to the freezer drain tube having frost build up in the opening (I located the Part’s Manual on the manufacturer website, http://b2b.frigidaire.com/support/ResultsPage.asp?strModel=FRS26ZNHB0&User=). Simply defrost the freezer by turning the appliance off and leaving the door open for 30 minutes. After defrosting the freezer, make sure there is nothing in the back of the appliance blocking the drainage way. Adjust the freezer dial to colder and the fresh food to cold. This should resolve your problem. Should you need further assistance you can go to the manufacturer website to find a service provider in near you. If there is anything else that I can help you with, please feel free to reconnect!
