New Frigidaire Gallary fghc2331pf7 - control scree...

New Frigidaire Gallary fghc2331pf7 - control screen doesn't work. Fridge is on. Freezer is on but none of the controls work on the screen. It's new..came with a house I just bought.

0 Hello aecs5172, thank you for your post! I understand that your Frigidaire refrigerator FGHC2331PF7 is cooling but the controls are not working on the screen. I would check to see if the control is locked, you should be able to locate on the control a lock symbol, hold is down and you should hear a beep. An additional step if that does not work would be to reset the appliance, which you can do by unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker in the off position for 10 minutes. Could you reply back to verify in any of these steps corrected the issue please? I look forward to your response. – Chris
