0 Hi there! Try searching model number FRT8B5HW0 - with a "0" at the end and not an "O". If you are speaking of the drain pan underneath you will need to take off the bottom "kick plate" or grille of the appliance to reach the underneath of the unit. Here you should be able to quickly tell if the drain pan can be removed on your own - or if a professional is needed.
