0 Good Afternoon bnfletch3 - Make sure to clean the unit’s coils and behind the toe grille (typically, located at the bottom/front of the refrigerator). If you do not hear the compressor running and it is not cooling contact a service professional immediately. The compressor is constantly meant to go on and off frequently to keep unit at a constant temperature. In this case the refrigerator could possibly have a coolant leak or an issue with the internal sealed system.
