the ice maker works but I cannot get ice or water out the fron dispenser

0 Hi - Check that the water valve is completely opened (usually located on the back of the unit). When was the last time the filter was changed? Most side-by-side filters are recommended to be change approximately every 6-9 months depending on your water usage and frequency. If issue continues, then it could possibly have a faulty valve, dispenser control board and/or failed water valve diode. At this point, I would recommend consulting a professional to move forward accurately.
