3 Happened to me as well, the tech sais he has seen it allot with this model, basically behind the back panel in the freezer is the condenser unit and the drain on the bottom of that doesn't line-up with the drain hole in the floor of the freezer and as the ice builds up in pushes them further out of alignment, mine took 1 1/2 years to show up but it only took 1/2 hour to fix.
