We purchased a used Frigidaire model FRS6LR5EM2 with water & Ice in the door. The fridge had been used and then stored in a garage for a couple of years prior to our purchase. Upon start up, water gushed from the filter cartridge. We replaced the filter inside and reinstalled the cup. Water still gushes from the filter cup when the ice maker is turned on or water in the door is selected. Do we need to replace the O ring in the cup? What other steps should we take?
