0 pattersonhouse, I understand that you have water pooling in your refrigerator. Where exactly is it pooling? Is it on the refrigerator side? Is it on the freezer side? Is it near the Ice Maker? Also, while you're in the refrigerator, can you look for a rectangular sticker that will show the full model number? It should be located inside the refrigerator either on the walls or possibly on the door of the appliance. -Best Regards-
