What does it mean when it says. Sy in freezer temp spot and EF in the refrigerator temp spot.

0 Good Morning dumontdeb, thank you for your question! An error code “SY and EF” usually means that your refrigerator is experiencing an issue with the evaporator fan. You may try and reset your refrigerator by disconnecting the power from it for up to ten minutes. You do this by flipping the circuit breaker off and back on. This often clears most false-error codes. If the error codes do not clear, then it would be advisable to reach out to a professional to check the wiring between the main control board and evaporator fan. Hope this helps!
