what temperature is the freezer supposed to read?

0 Good Afternoon ksnellking, thank you for your question! The model number that you have provided is invalid, however I’m assuming your refrigerator is a side by side? If so, the recommended factory setting by most manufacturers is 0ºF for the freezer compartment and 37ºF for the refrigerator side. The temperature can be adjusted to the desired setting by pressing the DOWN and UP indicators located beside the displayed temperatures. If your unit is a top mount, it is recommend for the temperature knob be set in the middle for both the refrigerator and freezer compartment. You can always refer to your Owner’s Manual for further specifics on the settings of your unit. Hope this proves to be helpful!
