When I try to dispense ice, the black flap in the door won't open and the ice doesn't come out. This refrigerator is 10 years old.

0 Good Afternoon Kaymcc, I understand that your Frigidaire refrigerator, model# FRS3R5EMB0, will not dispense ice. I suggest resetting your appliance, by either unplugging it or shutting the power off at your home’s circuit breaker, for 3-5 minutes. Restore power and try any cycle.
