0 check honeywell gas valve for fluctuating gas pressure. causing low micro amps causing fryer to go into failure.check 24 volt supply to gas valve and have pressure gauge or mannometer connected.run unit and see if pressure drops or fluctuates. if it does and you sill have 24volts to gas valve you have a bad combi gas valve
