Question About Gaggenau Oven ED 220
Fault code F21 on my Gaggenau ED 220 Steam Oven...

I keep getting fault codes on my steam oven (many problems). Other than switching the breaker for my oven off for a few minutes to reset the oven,any other hints? What does this code mean?

0 According to a repair manual I found, F21 means "temperature switch not choosable -- no contact at flat or switch" My GUESS is that the temperature switch (on right) is broken. There is a small PC board behind the bottom trim panel which has the two switches mounted on it. You can order the part from Gaggenau online if you care to give it a try.
