My cakes sink in the middle. They do not rise.

5 The reason that your cake is sinking could be one of the following: •You open the oven door much too frequently during the baking period. • The measurements in the recipe were incorrect. ex. Not enough eggs/ substituting required ingredients incorrectly. • Most commonly, over mixing is the cause as it produces air bubbles, resulting in a fallen cake.

0 Hi, I also have a gaggenau eb 846 but I have no manual. If you have a manual could you please see how I turn off the child lock? This must have activated accidentally when I tried to set the time following a power cut. Now only the lights go on and the heat and fan are blocked. Thank you for your help. Catarina
