Question About Gaggenau Oven EB868600
need instructions...

small built in electric broiler (on top) and oven below with 4 dials. Two seem to turn on the ovens and set temp., but other two are mysteries. Also unclear how to set clock. Only number on oven is one above; doesn't match any on official lists.
