I have a MCO-ES 10E 120/208 volt. The elements are not heating at all. I have replaced the elements and the circuit board and have even tried a different control panel. Another issue is that the motor sometimes will not spin when first turned on. Sometimes I have to turn it manually to free it up. I don't know if that could be related to my heating issues though. The only thing left that I can think of is to replace the thermostate and see if it works. Any suggestions?
