My Garland electric convection oven has stopped he...

My Garland electric convection oven has stopped heating. The heating elements and thermostat seem to be okay. There is a block which the elements connect to which is marked "coil". I suspect that is the problem, but would like to figure out how to test it. I would assume I would need to check for voltage coming out of it. Is this correct?
