How can I get a lid for my Ge Coffeemaker 169208. ...

How can I get a lid for my Ge Coffeemaker 169208. After about 6 months use it started cracking and coming apart. The only thing wrong with the pot is the lid I guess the steam from the coffee water brewing caused the lid to get brittle
