We just bought a home with the dishwasher already there, but no manual. I bought liquid Cascade and Jetdry. After the cleaning cycle, the dishes do not look clean, and there is a long streak of white chalky residue around the Cascade dispenser and on some of the front dishes. Is the liquid not the correct product? Originally I tried a generic tablet, and when I opened the door after the cycle, the tablet just fell out. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
