Question About GE Dishwasher None
Dishes don not get clean...

The upper rack seems to be OK, a little spotting on clear glasses, but that's not the issue. The lower rack dishes simply dont get clean. The detergent seems to just glob up and the dishes do not clean, even if they are rinsed and wiped off before washing. It's almost like the lower wand is either not spraying correctly or not telescoping.
