Question About GE Dishwasher None
Dishwasher doesn`t start a cycle....

My GE GSD580P-35WA dishwasher fils up with water, but doesn`t start the cycle. It seems that the heating solenoid (not sure if it`s a good term) works, however it`s not submerged in water. Thanks in advance for your help.
