Dishwasher not draining completely...

After the wash and dry cycle Two inches of water stand in the bottom of the tub. I can reset the machine a couple of times and all of the water will drain out. I have replaced the motor and booster pump and mechanically they are working fine. For some reason the pumps are not running long enough to evacuate the water during the cycle.
