Question About GE Dishwasher GSD5311J00BB
Doesn't run...

The bottom is full of water and when I try to reset it, it resets but runs for a second and then just runs without doing anything. When I reset it it turns on the lights I usually set it at. Then when I push start all lights go out and start just flashes. Cant find Manual so need to know if there is one online.
