GE Quiet Power3 Dishwasher, Model GLD4900POOBB pur...

GE Quiet Power3 Dishwasher, Model GLD4900POOBB purchased 2009. Pumps water in, however, the water just sits quietly in dishwasher instead of rotating through the arms. At end of normal wash time, water pumps out. It will do this for the entire cycle.
