Load, close, lock and set. Water fills, timer ticks, heat element comes on and timer runs down to end of wash cycle, but washer does nothing else. I can hear it click as it moves to the next step in the wash cycle, but no action. Do you think the motor is shot? We don't run the machine much, so it shouldn't be worn out. Any help would be appreciated! Thank you!
