HI, Soap comes out from the SmartDispense Detergen...

HI, Soap comes out from the SmartDispense Detergent Dispenser at rinse period. So at the end of the full cycle, the dishes is not rinsed. The tub is full of soap. During the wash period, there is no soap at all coming out. What is wrong ? thank you Suzanne
