I've heard the stories, yes it is hilarious. Dishsoap was used instead of dishwasher detergent. Now how do I get this machine to drain without foaming the kitchen?

0 If there is no drain setting on the washer it can be difficult. What i did was get a bunch of bath towels and placed them on the floor and under the washer a bit then open the door and sponge all the water out into bowels and dump into the sink. There was actually not that much water that came out of the washer onto the floor, so i was lucky. I hope this helps a bit GOOD LUCK!

0 I have been trying a similar approach. I thought there would be a position on the timer that will drain the washer. So far I have not found it. I have tried setting the timmer just befor the end of the wash cycle and rinse cycle. With all the suds that have been generated it seems like the dishsoap would be diluted enough to stop foaming or at least slow down. Guess I settle for sponging it out of the bottom. Looks like trying a wet vac would be counterproductive. BTW should have taken a picture ;) Thanks
