Question About GE Dishwasher None
Humming noise but not working...

My motor on my GE GSD650X71WB hums but does not kick on for any cycle . When turning the dial to different settings , water will come out momentarily but stop and I then cannot get the water to drain out . What does it sound like the problem is and what should I do .
