I have a GE Profile Dishwasher that won't start. ...

I have a GE Profile Dishwasher that won't start. The hour display for the cycle appears to show "1 h" which makes no sense. The model number is PDW8480J10SS and the Serial Number is GL885272B. Unfortunately I don't have a user manual as the previous owners did not leave us one so I can't try to trouble-shoot the problem. Can you help me?.
