Question About GE Dishwasher GSD7700
leaking dishwasher...

My dishwasher pours water out the bottom when it starts to fill. I believe a hose is disconnected. My question: how to I reconnect it? Just connect it and tighten the metal ring around it, or do I also use some type of sealer?
