My GSD5560G03SS dishwasher does not fill for a suf...

My GSD5560G03SS dishwasher does not fill for a sufficiently long enough period so the middle and top spray arm do not spin. I'v removed the filter on the inlet valve. The water flows in fine but for only about 55seconds. Any thoughts on how I can overcome this problem?
