Need help troubleshooting. This is obviously an older model and it isn't working properly. Whenever I "wash" a load of dishes they come out dirtier than when they went in. Also, they are stained; the silverware especially looks horrible. We have "well water" and I'm using a powder dish soap in conjunction with a rinse aid. Still looks like crap. Any help? Suggestions??
